Pizhichili – Complete Body Massage (one hour)

Nasyam Treatment (Oils applied through the Nose) and Massage of Ears
Nasyam is a usefel mode for ailments upward of the neck (e.g. very effective cleansing and vitalising of the upper air passages, against heachaches, in case of problems with the ears) € 40.-

Kizhi – Massage for your Joints (1.5 hours)
Effective for all types of joint problems.

Kadivasti – Full Body Massage combined with Localised Therapy of the Lower Back (one hour)
Kadivasti is a specialised local treatment to alleviate lower back pain. Poor posture, prolapsed invertebral disk or strained ligaments and muscles can also be the cause of sudden or gradual onset of low back pain. Sometimes, low backache may be associated with sciatica, a typical condition characterized by pain radiating from the lower back to the rear of either one or both legs. This kind of backache can be attributed to one or more of the following reasons: muscular strain arising due to bad posture, improper diet, use of high heels, lifting weights incorrectly, prolonged anxiety.

Padaabhyanga (one hour)

Panchkarma Therapy
Physically and mentally one of the most intensive and thorough cleansing and fasting therapies known (at least 14 days). Initial medical check to see whether patient is up to this therapy. Regular medical consultations during the cleansing and fasting period. Booking possible after medical consultation only. 
Panchakarma Package Offer for 14 days:

Further Therapies

De-Acidification Bath (one hour)
We recommend a de-acidification bath two to three times per week to detoxify your body effectively. € 25.-
After consultation you can continue taking these baths at home.

Hydrostar Water Therapy and Water Massage
While you are relaxing in the bathtub three movable water jets will shower your body. This treatment increases the oxygen content in your blood. Not only your skin, but also your internal organs are being massaged, purified and detoxified with the natural element water. A beautiful experience, also suitable for asthmatics and for those with poor circulation. € 22.-

Tepidarium Roman Bath (free entry for all guests)
In this bath – we could also call it a gentle sauna – the immune system and the synthesis of enzymes are activated. Please inform us prior to your
– free of charge – visit.

Non-Ayurvedic Therapies 

Tissue Detoxification Therapy
Seven day stay (inluding information brochure) € 900.-
Fourteen day stay (recommended period of time) € 1.600.-
Best results are reached after a fortnight.

Healing by Fasting
One week Healing by Fasting including 6 overnight stays in a double room € 354.- /single room 414,- . Prolongation a night as a full-board stay.
Fasting has been an essential element in the traditions of many cultures and religions. Fasting has a positive effect on our immune system and helps to detoxify our body. During your fasting period with us we provide you with a selection of suitable teas, our special spring water and vegetable stock.
After our healing by fasting your health will have improved and you will feel better and more active. Profit from our experience over many years with this type of fasting, body cleansing and detoxification. We assure you of our personal and individual attention during your stay with us.
Optional daily colon cleanse (enema) is charged separately.

Colon Cleansing with the Colon-Hydro Therapy € 100.-
The mucous membrane of the lower bowels is the most important defensive system against toxic waste. The colon-hydro therapy loosens toxins and mucus coating from the intestinal walls. The natural rhythmic movement of the intestines becomes re-activated. Salima Relaxation Therapy
You relax while lying on warm sand (within a magnetic field) enjoying the coloured lights, the sounds and fragrances. A very special relaxation offer, which we call "30 caribean minutes". € 8.-

Nada-Brahma - Singing Bells Therapy € 70.-
Feel the powerful sounds of the Tibetan singing bells deep within yourself. The sounds can reach you not only via your sense of hearing; the whole surface of your skin receives and feels the tones from the Himalayas.
Pure relaxation.

Dorn-Breuss Massage of the Spine (one hour) € 70.-
This is the ideal massage in case of back pains or joint problems. If we are inhibited in our movements because of heavy pains, the reason is often a blockage of our vertebrae or the sciatic nerve. With this particular massage the displaced vertebrae or joints can be re-adjusted.
